Who Does Listeriosis Effect Why Did Inspectors Destroy Quebec Raw Milk Cheeses?

Why did inspectors destroy Quebec raw milk cheeses? - who does listeriosis effect

(Listeriosis first non-tested)?
I know there was an outbreak of listeriosis and major steps have been created to protect public health. But then the producers of raw milk cheese from Quebec, not at all responsible for the outbreak their cheeses are delicious, live in the cheese.
I understand both arguments, but why not the Canadian authorities and inspectors (in collaboration with industry manufacturers in particular) when the familiar and farming and in the case of the market for raw milk cheese in Quebec?

From what I understand, that the inspectors are working with industry manufacturers in accordance with the laws of the country. Raw milk and milk products are now banned in the existing legislation and, recently, there was a court case where a dairy farmer, I believe, in Ontario, which was accused of selling milk raw. This is the way to court and will work in a study that could change the industry ... or strengthening of existing laws.

Randy is correct. It is currently illegal raw milk and milk products for sale in Ontario (and Quebec, I think).

The farmer is allowed to use raw milk for consumption by their employees and their families, but no right to sell milk to the population because the risk of bacteria and other pollutants that occur in the milk. The first milk should be pasteurized before it is considered acceptable for sale.

This debate has continued over many years, farmers in their case, instead of selling milk, because it (not possible from the mill) since the excess quantities, or it was too expensive to extract and transport to the pasteurization.

On the one hand, I know that sells raw milk withou year in Canadat harmful effects, and many people say it is nutritious.

At the other end of the farmers, all kinds of new chemicals in their diet are to help cows produce more milk, and various new emerging diseases, which will ensure that all milk that meets federal standards for testing and safety engineering.

If we allow, raw milk for direct sale to farmers, which prevented us from using the same problem as in China, with farmers, adding that "extra white liquid," the milk or more slices thicker so that you can to sell more?

There is no simple answer.
